Order Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted and packed in small batches. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, or high-volume sales periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Delays

Massie Provisions is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly. We’re always happy to assist where possible.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


Incorrect Address

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges to reship.
